Waterhall Estate, South Guildford & Whitemans Estate, Guildford
Some of the homes currently under construction are several small lot homes located in Waterhall Estate, South Guildford. Five homes have been completed in this estate over the past 18 months. Several are currently still under construction. Three of these homes have been finalists and winners in the HIA Awards 2010.
Churchlands Green, Churchlands
To date, we have successfully completed four luxury homes including our new display home. New homes will soon be under construction.
We also have homes under construction from South Perth to Stirling to Baskerville.
